(This does NOT reflect any of my opinions in any way and is only an excersice of speculation of how a german victory could've looked like.)
Europe 1970, a total german victory in the second World war led to the incorporation of all the Reichskommisarats, and a new era of Europes history has begun. The settlement of Germans in the east and the total military control of the nazis has reshaped Europe forever.
There are 2 main factions within the reich, the regular councils, which there are 2 of, one in Berlin and one in Warsaw, the berlin one controls all of the western parts of the Reich while the one in Warsaw controls almost all of the eastern parts of the Reich. The second faction is the SS, which by this point has split and is no longer a part of the NSDAP but controls the 2 autonomous areas of the Reich, they have a large army containing volunteers from all over the world, and their ambitions in the reich is to one day enforce their control over all of the Reich. The SS is in general even more extremist than the goverment in Berlin, and is a counterweight to the leadership in Berlin being lost to foreign influence.
